Two Keystone Central School District employees charged with corruption of minors

CLINTON COUNTY, Pa. — Two school district employees in Clinton County face charges after police say they had unlawful contact with a minor.

According to the Clinton County District Attorney's Office, Dana Kitchen, 36, of Lock Haven, and Brittany Koch, 29, of Beech Creek, allegedly sent sexually explicit messages to a 14-year-old while they were employed as school staff support members in the Keystone Central School District.

Both Kitchen and Koch are locked up in the Clinton County Prison, facing felony charges of corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor.

Their preliminary hearings are scheduled for Monday morning.
