WAYNE TOWNSHIP -- A man is dead after being hit by a train, according to state police.
Troopers said Kyle Plants, 29, of Lock Haven was walking along the train tracks from McElhattan to Lock Haven around 4 p.m. Sunday when he was hit by a train and killed.
Youngdale Road was blocked off while crews investigated.
