CLINTON COUNTY, Pa. — A school in Clinton County was placed on lockdown after reports of a suspicious person carrying a handgun.
Authorities responded just after 2 p.m. on Thursday at Robb Elementary School in Lock Haven.
Police say Demario Baer, 19, was arrested and charged with terroristic threats and possessing a weapon on school property.
The lockdown was lifted in approximately an hour, and students were dismissed safely.
