CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. — A man from Centre County will spend up to two years behind bars for his role in the January 6th riot at the US Capitol.
A judge found Terry Allen guilty earlier this year on charges of civil disorder, assault on officers, disorderly conduct, entering and remaining in a restricted building with a weapon, and acts of physical violence on the Capitol grounds.
Investigators say Allen hit police officers with a flagpole and later threw it at them.
Allen will also have to pay about 15-hundred dollars in restitution.
