WASHINGTON, D.C., USA — A man from Centre County was found guilty for his role in the riot at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.
According to court documents, Terry Allen, 64, hit police officers with a flagpole and later threw a metal pole at them.
A judge found Allen guilty of civil disorder, assault on officers, disorderly conduct, entering and remaining in a restricted building with a weapon, and acts of physical violence on the Capitol grounds.
Sentencing is scheduled for November.
