CARBON COUNTY, Pa. — A man from Wayne County is locked up on rape charges.
According to the attorney general child predator division, George Karagiannis allegedly committed the crimes back in May in Carbon County.
Authorities say he was arrested and charged earlier this week.
He's locked up on $150,000 dollars bail.
