CARBON COUNTY, Pa. — Part of the Pennsylvania Turnpike will be closed for bridge work on Sunday in Carbon County.
There will be a closure in both directions between Mahoning Valley, Exit 74, and State Route 903, Exit 87, from 12 a.m. to 6 a.m. on Sunday.
During those hours, traffic will be directed off the Turnpike. Drivers can use the following detours to get back on the Turnpike.
Northbound Detour:
- US 209 South 6.5 miles
- PA 903 North 10.4 miles
- Re-enter at the PA 903 Interchange #A87
Southbound Detour:
- PA 903 South 10.4 miles
- US 209 North 6.4 miles
- Re-enter at the Mahoning Valley Interchange #A74
