WEISSPORT, Pa. — Gregory Wagner has pleaded guilty to raping a young girl for years in Carbon County.
The deal calls for the man from Lehighton to serve 10 to 20 years in prison when he is sentenced later.
Wagner has also agreed to testify against former Weissport Police Chief Brent Getz at his trial.
Wagner and Getz were both charged with rape of a child and other counts last year, when a woman came forward claiming both men sexually assaulted her for a number of years, starting when she was just four years old.
