CARBON COUNTY, Pa. — A man is dead after an early-morning crash on Interstate 80 in Carbon County.
The crash happened around 3:30 a.m. in Kidder Township when a driver lost control of his truck, went off the road, hit a tree, and caught fire.
The driver of the truck was killed. A passenger of the truck was found unconscious outside the vehicle by someone who stopped passing by. The passenger, a 32-year-old woman from Brooklyn, NY, was taken to the hospital.
