CARBON COUNTY, Pa. — A Carbon County man has been charged after a shooting near Weatherly.
Police say David Feliciano, 56, was fighting with another man Sunday night at a home in Lehigh Township, near Weatherly, when he pulled a gun and shot into the air.
Troopers say Feliciano then pointed the gun at the other man, who took out his own gun and shot at Feliciano.
Feliciano was hit in the arm but is expected to be OK. He faces reckless endangerment, assault, and weapons charges in Carbon County.
