CARBON COUNTY, Pa. — Flames destroyed a home early Monday morning in Carbon County.
Crews were called to a home along Buck Mountain Road in Lausanne Township, near Weatherly, around 3:30 a.m. Monday.
Officials tell us two people were inside at the time.
Both of them made it out safely. They were taken to the hospital to be checked out.
A few dogs died in the fire.
The home is a total loss.
A state police fire marshal will look for the cause later this morning in Carbon County.
