CARBON COUNTY, Pa. — A crash has slowed traffic on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Carbon County.
The crash happened around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday in the southbound lanes of I-476 just south of the Hickory Run Service Plaza in Penn Forest Township.
The southbound lanes are closed as a result of the crash.
Drivers are advised to take Route I-80 East to Exit 284 to State Route 115 South to US Route 209 South as crews work on clearing the crash.
