WEATHERLY, Pa. — A Carbon County man faces charges after allegedly abusing a resident at a nursing facility where he worked.
Edward Roche, 59, is accused of assaulting a female resident at a facility in Weatherly.
The victim told investigators that Roche, who was an employee and also a resident at the facility, assaulted her multiple times over the course of three to four weeks.
Roche is locked up on indecent assault charges at the Carbon County Correctional Facility.
