JIM THORPE, Pa. — An investigation is underway after a body was found in Carbon County.
State police say the body of Felix Dejesus, 33, was found in the Lehigh River in Mahoning Township around 12:30 p.m. Monday.
Troopers say Dejesus was previously reported as a missing person by the Jim Thorpe Police Department.
An autopsy was conducted Tuesday, and the results are pending toxicology testing.
The death remains under investigation, and state police say there is no danger to the public.
