SCRANTON -- A drug raid at a home in Scranton late Tuesday night ended with at least one person in handcuffs.
A SWAT team along with the Lackawanna County drug task force raided a home on Cherry Street around 9 p.m.
Neighbors described the scene.
"I came downstairs and looked out the window, and there were police with guns drawn, and the next you know cars showed up and stuff like that, so," said Mark Neely.
Officers put at least one man in handcuffs and loaded him into a police vehicle.
Authorities have not said what prompted the raid or what charges might be filed.
