NICHOLS, N.Y. — A man from Bradford County has admitted to purposely setting fire to a horse barn in New York State.
According to our sister station WENY 33-year-old Boyd Fenton of Athens pleaded guilty to arson and related charges after setting the fire at Tioga Downs Casino, just over the state line, back in November.
30 horses and one cat were killed.
Fenton faces up to 15 years in prison. His sentencing is scheduled for April.
