TOWANDA, Pa. — A man is dead after a crash in Bradford County.
Troopers say Michael Vincent, 42, was traveling west on Old Plank Road in Towanda Township around 11 p.m. Friday night when he left the roadway, striking several objects and eventually a ditch.
Vincent was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators say he was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
