MAHANOY CITY — A crash on Interstate 81 in Schuylkill County was deadly.
A car flipped onto its roof in the southbound lanes of the interstate near Mahanoy City around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.
State police say Ralph Rumbel, 53, of Ringtown was thrown out of the car and killed.
