DELAWARE TOWNSHIP — A man from Northumberland County now faces charges after police say he shot and killed his neighbor’s pet.
Wayne van Blargan was charged with animal cruelty Wednesday.
Police say he shot a German shepherd last month at a home near Watsontown.
Wayne van Blargan told police he thought the dog was a coyote.
