NICHOLS, N.Y. — A fire at a casino just over the Pennsylvania state line in New York was intentionally set, according to New York State Police.
The fire started in a horse barn at Tioga Downs Casino Resort in Nichols, New York, early Thursday morning.
Officials say the fire resulted in the death of an undisclosed number of racehorses.
Investigators say a suspect is in custody in New York State.
