PENNSYLVANIA, USA — Lehigh Valley Health Network announced on Thursday that its merger with Jefferson Health in Philadelphia is complete.

The merger was announced in December of 2023,

The new combined system will operate 30 hospitals and more than 700 outpatient care sites.
