LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — Luzerne County Court has suspended all trials until April 14th.
That is an order issued by Luzerne County President, Judge Michael T. Vough.
This suspends time calculations related to defendants' rights to a speedy trial until April 14th.
This also allows the courts to use communication technology to conduct their business.
