WHITE HAVEN, Pa. — It's not often that you find a place where you can enjoy a delicious home cooked breakfast and lunch that is cozy and friendly- plus you can do a bit of shopping for artisan items too! The Soapy Bee Country Store and Café is that place! Home & Backyard visited the "Soapy Bee Café," where we had a great time cooking in the kitchen with owner, Michele Yohey. She created her home made creamy cheesy Mac and Cheese dish smothered with tender pulled pork and drizzled with BBQ sauce. Michele also prepared her Drone Bee-ritto. The dish included three freshly scrambled eggs combined with breakfast potatoes, onions, peppers, then blended with cheddar cheese, and taco sauce and wrapped in a large flour tortilla. It's topped with cheese and taco sauce then broiled to melt all that delicious cheese topping! You'll BEE delighted!
