HONESDALE, Pa. — All aboard for a great meal and craft beer! Runaway Train Brewery in Honesdale, PA offers a variety of craft beer brewed on the premises along with a menu with a unique variety of tastes including many Asian inspired items. During our stop, their chef treated us to two delectable dishes. He prepared his signature salmon bowl. The salmon was topped with a delicious Asian inspired "sauce" topped with sesame seeds and green onions served with rice and broccoli. His blackened shrimp tacos were served with soft flour tortillas, guacamole, lettuce, Pico de Gallo and old bay aioli.
