Garlic Mushrooms
Ingredients
3 TBS butter
2 Slices cooked bacon, chopped
1 TSP minced garlic
8 oz. mushrooms
1/2 cup John F Martin Garlic and Herbed Cream Cheese Spread
1/2 cup Italian blend cheese
Optional : (chopped herbs such as rosemary or chives to garnish)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Clean mushrooms with a paper towel remove stems from mushroom caps, dice the stems. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add stems bacon and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes until the mushrooms are soft. Combine the bacon mix with the JFM cream cheese and Italian cheese. Spoon the mixture evenly into the caps. Bake on a sheet, lined with parchment paper for 10 minutes. (sprinkle with chopped herbs such as rosemary or chives.
