SHAVERTOWN, Pa. — The Lands at Hillside Farms Dairy Store is not a place, it is an experience. Home and Backyard visited the Lands at Hillside for a fun day! We enjoyed the hospitality were treated to specialty sundaes. Their rich and creamy ice cream comes in many delicious flavors - all made right there on the farm.
They created three summer sundaes: Pina Colada, Purple Cow and My Sister's Granola. All were delicious and refreshing!
They offer special events, programs, farm camp and much more! They also have a beautiful greenhouse with seasonal plants.
Hillside Mercantile shelves and walls are lined with many local crafts, including everything from signs and pictures to woodwork and clothing. They also carry many USA made items and fair trade goods.
The Lands at Hillside Farms also sells over 100 products such as artisan cheese, "true local" raw honey, seasonal organic vegetables, fresh baked goods, jellies, jams, salsas, syrups, and hand crafted chocolates. They are proud to sell their own high-quality, wholesome items such as pastured 100% grass fed beef, pastured eggs, and more!
