HERSHEY, Pa. — According to the National Retail Federation, an estimated 166 million shoppers will make their way out to the stores today for Black Friday shopping.
Today shoppers across south-central Pennsylvania made their way to the stores to get ahead on their holiday shopping.
“It’s great but I wish we would’ve been here earlier like lining up,” said shopper Kim Wright.
Starting at 5 a.m. shoppers made their way to the stores to take advantage of Black Friday deals.
Deals ranged anywhere from 50-70% off. Employees at Tanger Outlets were reportedly thrilled at today's turnout.
“It’s really why we do this. We have a perfect center right here with a lot of great retailers, a lot of great sales, and people are just genuinely excited to be spending time with friends and family and do some excellent shopping,” said Bob Ancharski, the marketing director for Tanger Outlets in Hershey
The Tanger Outlets in Hershey will be open until 9 p.m. on Black Friday.
