- Butterfly shrimp
- Dip shrimp in flour then egg batter
- Saute shrimp in olive oil until golden brown
Get rid of oil when shrimp is cooked
Add to skillet:
White wine
Chicken Stock
Butter
Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper
Serve over linguine.
