Angel Hair Pasta Ingredients
2 Zucchini, 2 Summer Squash
Marinara Sauce:
2 1/2 cups tomatoes
12 sun dried tomatoes, soaked
3 dates: pitted and soaked
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic
2 tbls. parsley
1 tbs. sea salt
1/8 teaspoon of Cayenne (red) Pepper
Angel Hair Pasta Noodles:br> Using a garnisher, slice or spiralize the squash and zucchini and place in a large bowl, use a knife to make several cuts across the strands and set aside.
Marinara Sauce:br> Add ingredients in a food processor and blend well. Pour sauce over the noodles and fold in with spatula.
Sesame Milk

You may use both hulled and unhulled sesame seeds to make milk. Using unhussed seeds result in a little bit of a bitter taste.
1/2 cup raw sesame seeds
3 cups water
3 tbls. maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Blend until liquid and foamy. Strain using a strainer or Mylk Bag is you prefer.
Chocolate Pudding
2 small ripe avacados scoop out inside
1/4 cup agave nectar
1/4 cup raw cocoa powder or carob
1 tbl. coconut butter or oil
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Place all ingredients in a high power blender of food processor and blend until very smooth. Keep stored in air-tight container in refrigerator.
