If your little one is looking to spice-up their summertime fun, how about a camp that'll really get them on the moooooove?! Newswatch 16's Ryan Leckey checked it out in Luzerne County this morning.
Workers at the Lands At Hillside Farms in the Shavertown area are gearing up to launch their summer farm camps that run now through August. There are various camps at the nonprofit farm ranging from ones involving horses to others surrounding the science of agriculture. There's also a "Grief Camp" being offered this summer to kids who have lost a loved one. The Lands at Hillside Farms has partnered with Hospice of the Sacred Heart. The "Grief Camp" is free. To sign up , call 570-696-4500.
