The North American premiere of "How To Train Your Dragon" is starting its tour in Luzerne County. The live show is based off of the children's book and movie called "How To Train Your Dragon." The cast and crew of nearly 90 people are rehearsing at Mohegan Sun Arena At Casey Plaza for the next few weeks before debuting the performance on Wednesday, June 27.
