TOBYHANNA, Pa. — The fall foliage is already approaching its peak in parts of the Poconos, and when Jon Meyer saw a photo of all the color at Tobyhanna State Park, he wanted to see it in person. He took some kayaks with him On The Pennsylvania Road to get a better look.
