LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — For most grandparents, taking the grandkids on an amusement ride means a trip to the fair or a park like Knoebels.
But one grandpa in Luzerne County gets them spinning on a ride right in his backyard. Jon Meyer got to go for a whirl too, in this week's trip on The Pennsylvania Road
