Our area had quite a few old mining communities that were abandoned, but one in Luzerne County has all the homes still standing.

LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — A community in Luzerne County was abandoned 100 years ago, but a century later, it still stands and is known as Concrete City. Jon Meyer explored the remains and its history in this stop On The Pennsylvania Road.
