Electrical Problem Causes House Fire in Bloomsburg

BLOOMSBURG, Pa. -- Fire officials say an electrical problem caused a house to go up in flames in Columbia County

The fire sparked at the home along 5th Street in Bloomsburg just before 9:30 a.m. on Sunday.

The fire chief believes a faulty breaker may be the culprit, saying the entire breaker was melted.

The family and their pets were not home at the time of the fire.
