FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. — One person is dead after an overnight crash in Bradford County.
According to the coroner, Ben Welch, 28, of Canton, was killed after he drove into oncoming traffic on Route 414 and was hit by another vehicle.
The other driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The deadly wreck in Franklin Township is under investigation.
