BLOOMSBURG, Pa. -- Bloomsburg police are investigating shots fired, and the person who pulled the trigger is on the run.
Officers say Michael Albert opened fire inside his house on Franklin Street just before 7 p.m. on Monday and then fled in a Dodge Challenger.
Police found the car but not Albert.
