WILKES-BARRE, Pa. -- A death investigation is underway in Luzerne County after a 25-year-old man died after a fight.
Wilkes-Barre police say Jeremy Soto got into a fight with another man last Friday night.
It happened at an apartment complex along North Main Street. Emergency crews took Soto to the hospital.
Officers say Soto died Monday from his injuries.
There is no word on the name of the other man. Police took him into custody.
They say he claims self-defense. He says Soto followed and attacked him and so that man says he swung, hit Soto and knocked him out.
The investigation continues after that deadly fight.
There's no word yet on whether charges may be filed.
