D.A.: Shooting Death in Lycoming County Standoff Justified

CUMMINGS TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- The district attorney confirms a deadly shooting by police was justified in Lycoming County.

Investigators found Brant Bartung shot at state police during a seven-hour standoff at his home north of Jersey Shore on New Year's Eve.

Troopers fired back killing the 62-year-old.
