Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting a Woman with Intellectual Disabilities

BUFFALO TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A man from Union County is facing rape charges.

Stanley St. Clair, 65, from Mifflinburg was arrested last week.

Troopers say he sexually assaulted a woman with intellectual disabilities for more than a decade.

He is free on bail in Union County.
