NELSON TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Two people are dead after losing control of a car on a snow-covered road in Tioga County.
State police say George Lehaman of Elkland hit another car Thursday when he spun out along Route 49 in Nelson Township.
Lehaman and a passenger in his car, Sandra Ringler, died after the crash in Tioga County.
