MILFORD TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A PennDOT manager accused of stalking and harassment is headed to trial in Pike County.
A co-worker says John Corrigan touched her inappropriately and threatened to kill her if she took a spot at another PennDOT location.
Corrigan and the victim, who was his subordinate, worked near Milford.
