I saw the huge blocks of ice along the river and had to see them. After hearing about an event that was cancelled because of them I thought there might be a way to take advantage of the situation. Bring in the ice carving wizards who create those awesome sculptors and have a fund raiser for a local charity. I would pay to see what they could create from all of this.
