Police Catch Man Suspected of Breaking into Several Vehicles

SCRANTON -- A man is facing charges in connection to a string of vehicle break-ins in Scranton.

Police arrested Pablo Seda, 20, of Scranton on Arnold Avenue Wednesday morning.

Officers said they found him with a gun he stole from a car. He also had a bag with several stolen credit cards.

Seda faces theft and other charges in Lackawanna County.
