A couple is locked up in Lackawanna County for allegedly dealing heroin and cocaine.
Patrick Lherison from the Philadelphia area and his girlfriend, India Pranzoni were arrested Tuesday.
Police tell us they found 3,400 bags or heroin, cocaine, and a few thousand dollars cash inside the suspect's vehicle during a traffic stop.
