PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP — Investigators in Luzerne County say a man sexually and physically assaulted two boys.
Authorities charged Glen Hulsizer, 51, of Hanover Township with endangering the welfare of children and terroristic threats.
They also say he used a stun gun on the boys, shot them with a pellet gun, and beat them with sticks and a shower rod.
The boys are 13 and 11 years old.
The alleged incidents happened earlier this year in Luzerne County.
