STROUDSBURG -- A man charged with hitting and killing a bicyclist in Stroudsburg entered a guilty plea today in court.
George Santana of Stroudsburg pleaded guilty to homicide by vehicle and involuntary manslaughter charges.
Investigators say Santana was behind the wheel of an SUV that crossed the double yellow line on Main Street, went up onto the sidewalk, and struck and killed Tyrone Miller on his bicycle in June 2015.
Santana told authorities he fell asleep while driving, causing the crash in Stroudsburg.
