SCRANTON — The president of the University of Scranton has announced plans to resign next year.
University of Scranton President Kevin Quinn, S.J. will leave office on June 1, 2017, according to a release from the school.
Fr. Quinn will be the fifth longest-serving Jesuit president in the University’s history.
The University of Scranton’s board of trustees said they plan to conduct a national search for a new president.
