LARKSVILLE -- Rennie the bald eagle met some curious kids Friday morning in Luzerne County.
Rennie was rescued by the Carbon County Environmental Education Center.
The eagle and her caretakers visited kids from the Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeastern Pennsylvania at State Street Elementary Center in Larksville.
The kids learned about bird identification as well as the biology of birds.
