WILKES-BARRE -- Officers with the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat commission made a trip to Wilkes-Barre Friday.
They say they were in the city investigating the illegal online sale of turtles and snakes.
However, there was a struggle along North Washington Street.
One boat commission officer may have a broken hand.
The sister of one of the suspects says the situation left her brother bloodied. She said, "They beat him with a nightstick, he's bleeding everywhere, my brother."
Authorities took John Cregg and his nephew into custody here in Wilkes-Barre.
